In 2012, while working on the Important Bird Areas of Cyprus project with BirdLife Cyprus, I found myself in Akrotiri Marsh. Back then it felt abandoned, long before the conservation work reshaped it. A storm was rolling in when I locked eyes with this cow. I can’t really explain it, but this image never left me.

When ordering prints, please allow at least two weeks before dispatch. One of the main reasons is that I am personally present at the print house during production, as all prints are archival and require the highest level of care.
